Use of the games

The games are provided free of charge for your personal enjoyment. You may play them as much as you like. Please don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the service, and don't try to pass the games off as your own product.

Donations

The games are and will stay free. If you choose to send a tip through the "Buy me a coffee" link, it is a voluntary gift, not a purchase: it unlocks nothing, buys no feature, removes no restriction, and creates no obligation on our part. Payments are processed by Buy Me a Coffee under their own terms — we never handle your card details. Refunds, where possible, are handled by them.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything fun and bug-free, but we can't guarantee the games will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Intellectual property

The classic games recreated here (such as their core rules) are long-standing public concepts. The UnicodeGames name, design, code and original content are ours. The Unicode characters and emoji used to render the games are part of the open Unicode Standard.
